Terms of Service
These terms explain the official GLO service, the open-source software, and how supported games and third-party trademarks are handled.
Who and what these terms refer to
GLO means the official Game Latency Optimizer service and website unless a section specifically says open-source software.
01 / Official GLO service
1. What GLO provides
The official service provides account access, session configs, and relay capacity for supported game traffic.
2. Free service and usage limits
The official GLO service is free to use.
3. Performance and availability
GLO does not promise that every session will lower ping, remove packet loss, or stay online without interruption.
4. Your account and acceptable use
Keep your account and unused session configs private.
02 / Open-source software
1. Source code and self-hosting
The open-source client and related open components are governed by the license included with their source code.
2. Independent deployments
A server or relay run by another person is not the official GLO service.
03 / Games, trademarks and third parties
1. GLO is independent
A game appearing in the supported-games list only means GLO has a compatible game profile or routing capability for it.
2. Roblox and future supported games
Roblox and related names, marks, and assets belong to their respective owners.
3. Third-party artwork
Third-party artwork, logos, or marketing assets are used only when an applicable press kit, brand guideline, permission, or other authorization allows that use.
